Welcome to Echoing Yoga, a space dedicated to helping you build unwavering self-confidence through mindful and intentional practices.

I’m Jodie, a 500-hour+ Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My mission is to help you reconnect with your true self—your intuition, your inner being. The greatest gift you can give yourself and others is self-work through radical honesty and commitment. Sometimes this journey feels uncomfortable, but facing your truths leads to a powerful, unshakable relationship with yourself. When you truly know yourself, you become unstoppable.

Echoing Yoga was born from my own journey of self-discovery and self-worth. My goal is to guide you along your unique path using similar modalities. Your journey will be uniquely yours and I’m here to equip you with tools to cultivate self-confidence and empowerment in ways that resonate with you.
