Hi, I’m Jodie—a holistic life coach specializing in cyclical living and self-discipline. I help women create highly personalized, sustainable routines that actually work—because they’re built around who you are, not who the world tells you to be.
For years, I forced myself into rigid routines that weren’t made for me. I ignored my energy shifts, pushed through exhaustion, and thought my inconsistency meant I was the problem. Spoiler: I wasn’t the problem—the routine was.
It wasn’t until I started tracking my patterns, aligning with my cycle, and structuring my habits around my natural energy shifts that everything changed. Instead of fighting myself, I worked with myself—and my life, my well-being, and my sense of self completely transformed.
