I'M JODIE

"Somewhere out there, there is a photo of little me, posing in a seated "meditation" in padmasana. I don't know how I knew what that was, I most likely saw it somewhere, maybe in a cartoon or movie, or maybe there was a deep knowing I had all along."

Jodie started practicing yoga at the age of 10 through her school and knew deep down she wanted to be a "yogi". She continued to ebb and flow through her personal practice through her early teenage years, always yearning to practice more, learn more, and one day, teach more. 

In her later teenage years she finally stopped with the "I wants" and made her desire to develop a serious practice a reality. She dove in head first to her practice and never looked back. 

Earning her 200hr YTT, she needed to learn more, and quickly sought out her 300hr YTT in Mysore, India. Upon retruning to the states, she completed a 15hr Yin YTT and a 50hr Rocket Vinyasa YTT. 

Jodie now teachers yoga full time in NYC & Online and believes there is never a stopping point when it comes to learning and will always be a student.

The sessions are based in Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, and Meditation.
