MEET YOUR MENTOR

I'M JODIE

Jodie’s journey into yoga began early, igniting a passion for self-discovery and inner strength that would shape her path forward. From her first experiences on the mat, she felt the power of yoga’s transformative effects—not just in the body, but in the mind. Yoga became a way to reconnect, calm the noise of self-doubt, and ultimately access a grounded confidence she didn’t know was possible.

She has since dedicated herself to studying yoga extensively, completing over 500 hours of training across Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Rocket Yoga. Her studies took her to Mysore, India, where she deepened her understanding of the practice and philosophy behind each asana, each breath, and each intention.

But Jodie’s journey didn’t stop there. Alongside her yoga training, she became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, learning how mindful nutrition and personalized self-care routines can uplift mental clarity, body awareness, and overall self-trust. Through these tools, she found her purpose: to help others dissolve self-doubt, build confidence, and cultivate self-acceptance, using yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindful daily actions.

Today, Jodie shares these practices with women who, like her, have wrestled with self-doubt and self-criticism, guiding them toward a life of self-love and resilient confidence. She believes that anyone willing to start the journey can experience this transformation—moving from self-limiting beliefs to empowered living, one intentional practice at a time
